Video: Stuffed lamb roast recipe – 1

As a special treat as we continue our series of sneak peeks at our Theology of the Table TV show on EWTN, Daniel shows how to prepare a leg of lamb for roasting.

Turn on the oven. First we must roast the garlic. Daniel shows you how to prepare the greens with lemon zest. Together, these become the filling inside the leg of lamb.
