Birmingham fantastic dinners

This Saturday the 12th of November is our first dinner in   Birmingham, Alabama.

In Birmingham, we are having our first nice dinner at Daniel’s home on Saturday the 12th of November.

For dinner “Un,” the main Entrée will be an Osso bucco with roasted butternut squash and creamy polenta. Last night I tried the butternut, and it was succulent. instead of putting the squash on an oven tray and then sprinkling them with oil, my tip is to stir them in a bowl with oil. But perhaps you already knew what I was thinking….

See our report on the dinner here.

Thank you for the suggestion, Brian. The post was updated to include your re-phrasing.
